Revelation 12:11 And they have overcome (conquered) him by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, for they did not love and cling to life even when faced with death [holding their lives cheap till they had to die for their witnessing].
One thing I’ve learned about the Holy Spirit is that He will definitely do what Jesus said when it comes to not only showing you things to come but preparing you for them also (John 16:13). If you read back over some of the messages I’ve done over the past couple of weeks, you’ll see I talked about Jesus and healing. I felt led to read and study the accounts He performed in the gospels. Little did I know that I was being set up. This past Friday I had some symptoms come on me so tough I wound up going to the ER. I’m not going to tell you I wasn’t scared because I was, until I called my brother and told him what was happening and he prayed with me before I left home and I have to tell you that I had peace as soon as I got to the ER. After they ran some test they wanted to keep me but the hospital I went to didn’t have a cardiology dept. so they transferred me to their main campus by ambulance. I notified some of my prayer warrior friends and solicited their support. When I woke up Saturday morning I began to pray and give God praise (Romans 5:3-5). I didn’t have my bible but because I have deposited so much word in me I could go and make a withdrawal. I did a Facebook live from my hospital bed before they took me for a stress test and shared how the word of God was working in my life and I was going to be ok. The test results came back and they found NOTHING WRONG! Sunday morning I did another Facebook live from the production studio at church where I serve giving God the glory! One of my co-laborers told me something he picked up; “Whenever we put our faith on display we place on demand on God” and that is so true. God is faithful and in the heat of the battle we have to hold fast to what we say we believe (Hebrews 10:23 AMP) because it’ll pay off.
