Iron Sharpens Iron

Proverbs 27:17   Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend [to show rage or worthy purpose].

Something I’ve come to appreciate is being able to share with some coworkers, the good news of how God brought me through some difficult seasons in my life. It still amazes me how God arranges our lives, enabling us to share our experiences to benefit others. Recently I had the opportunity to share with one coworker whose mother was transitioning about the recent passing of my father. And another time I was led  (John 16:13 AMPC) to take a copy of the healing Scriptures I confess daily by Joel Osteen to work one day, and sure enough I got the opportunity give them to another brother in Christ who was facing some health challenges in his body. Both of those encounters have led us to now have a relationship with each other that only God could’ve brought together. We all have been called and this is part of His plan to make us more Christ-like (Romans 8:29-30 MSG) and to be there for one another when needed.
